What is available for me to order?
You can order any items shown on our website.


How can I order?
Your order can be placed via our secure online ordering system.  Our Customer Service Department is open for phone orders 5 days per week, from 8:00am – 4:30pm CT.  You can reach our Customer Service Department via email at customerservice@theoutdoormall.com.


What form of payment options are offered? 
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Sorry, no COD’s.


What are the expected delivery times?

            UPS 2nd Day: Afternoon delivery, second business day.
            UPS Ground: 1-5 business days within 48 contiguous states.


What if something doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from The Outdoor Mall. All products must be returned in the same condition they were received and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. The Outdoor Mall will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Are back order arrival dates guaranteed? 
Back order arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

What if my purchase is defective?
The Outdoor Mall wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that you purchase. This begins from you visiting our website all the way to you receiving the product.  Any product that is defective should be shipped back to The Outdoor Mall where our quality control department will examine it and do the following: Consider it defective through manufacturer standards, and immediately ship your replacement or refund your money. If the defect is questionable we will contact the manufacturer to see if they will honor cover the defective merchandise, then contact you with the information we have received.

What if I need to Exchange or Return merchandise?
The Outdoor Mall always wants you to get what you want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please refer to the back of your invoice for directions. If you have a question that your invoice does not address please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@theoutdoormall.com and we will assist you.
